Inline 5cyl Petrol engine tech / timing belt tensioner-93 eurovan

I'm in the process of having my timing belt and water pump replaced on my 93 eurovan MV, and myself and the shop are having a very hard time tracking down a timing belt tensioner (VW part# 023 109 243).  Does anyone have any tips on where one can be sourced?
