Westfalia / 03’ MV sliding door issues

Hey fellas,

Newb here for the diy world on Vdubs repairs, so I’m looking for some advice on how to fix a sliding door that won’t latch.

This problem has presented itself a few weeks ago and is intermittent. My immediate remedy was to hulk out on closing the door, but that wouldn’t work all the time either (lack of force in the administrator for sure).

Anywho, what gives, and what should I replace? (Before she flies open on the freeway again, or before a window shatters trying to have it close/larch)

Hey folks, Noobie EVW owner here...

I'm looking to lift my ride as well.

Just purchased a set of 225/60/16 -102s, and am hunting for either a set of Billies or Foxes to upgrade the suspension.

From what I understand, is that I'll need to adjust the torsion bars in the front, and add spacers to the back..

What other considerations or adjustments have to made to the vehicle in order to successfully accomplish a "proper" Lift?
