Just noticed that it has developed a large crack... of course damn plastic hose is insanely expensive thanks to greedy VW. Does anyone have a spare one (used is fine) in their parts box? VAG P/N is 022-103-474-A. Let me know...

This part totally disintegrated on my van -- and broke into about 5 pieces when I touched it. Have you considered another solution?

Yours looks pretty good -- you could try a 1.5" heat shrink to hold the hose and fitting together - might seal nicely.

Yeah, I probably will end up fixing the old hose, just thought that someone might have a good spare one available...

On a side note, does this hose really help anything? Maybe I should just seal this valve cover opening instead of venting it out into intake?
