[Stonefly]

Opened up the plastic shroud around my ignition switch, and this fell out (the screw, not the penny).  It has a #9 Torx head, and about 1/4 inch of thread on the end.  I cannot see on the steering column or attached switches any likely place it came from.  Any ideas?

I've had the dash on many of these apart and it doesn't look familiar.

It could be the one machine screw that holds the plastic shroud to the column bottom/middle maybe though it looks a bit long.
