I'm looking to add the dipstick and tube to the automatic transmission on my 2002 Weekender

They are currently out:

I also checked with them and they are also out

So from my research it looks like I can get the tube and dipstick from a 93 or 94 eurovan transmission and remove the top bracket and then it should work?

Yes, that's what I did. This bracket is easy to break off from the tube.
