I just picked up another black one to fix up/convert and sell. I've been thinking about doing that same thing on that van. Gives it a very "GTI" look to it.

In all seriousness though -- it is very low mileage and reasonably priced Rialta @ 86k miles.

Always like that Martini livery van -- I can hardly believe that van is still for sale on the Samba.

FWIW-- I met a couple who had their long nose EV camper painted an awesome Audi metallic bronze/orange. It was amazing up close -- and I should have taken a picture of it. >:(

If anybody sees it -- take a picture. Grad students @ Washington State or Gonzaga-- I believe.

Post by: Itsamoto on October 08, 2015, 10:09:29 am: Just found this one -- and I got to say that I normally don't like 2-tone paint schemes on the Eurovan - its always hard to pull off. Then I saw this and I think this is probably the best 2-tone job I've seen. Amazingly good and smart choices all around -- that little pinstripe makes it (IMHO). I wish I had more pictures -- but it looks like the paint line stops at the hatch -- which I find rather interesting (looks good at this angle).

Yes -- the spoilers are available online, its an after market part.

The funny thing is over here (in North America) -- our idea of painting the van is to spay bed liner on it. ;D

Easily my favorite Eurovan.

The Xenon conversion could probably have been better, but otherwise, I think its on point.

EDIT: The exterior is stock color, oops. The leather interior impressed me.

Low miles, but worth a note.

People put far more into my custom builds and I’ve sold relatively stock vans for far more than that.

So honestly, $29,000 is a deal IMO. I actually think it’s priced too low.
