Westfalia / Re: Pop-Top Weather Seal Options

I had the same issue. I went to our local Ranch and Home store and bought some marine adhesive, squirted it into the channel, and squeezed the weather strip back on. No problems in two years. If it's not totally broken or otherwise ruined, re-gluing may work well for you too.

Google Translate didn't help much:

"The flap creates the order. The storage space under the seat is comfortable for zugänlich By loading."  :o

Looks interesting though. It seems like it's just bolted on though, not hinged for access.

2002 EuroVan MV Weekender.

My ABS and triangle dash warning lights came on some months ago and had a shop diagnose it as a failed steering position sensor.

Just turned over 120,000 miles and was getting the 120k service done at a new shop and they confirmed the previous diagnosis, so I had them replace it.

Now that they have it in, those same dash warning lights came back on, they took a look and they're saying the yaw rate sensor is reporting as bad.

"Which seems really weird to have TWO rarely failed items fail together!" as Cole says.

Anyone with experience with this? Any guidance?

I have half a mind to just live without it and ABS due to the expense.

Thanks all.

Can you share some pics? As for painting, you might consider Plasti-Dip. If you change your mind, peels off easily.

Maybe the seller would share where they purchased that brush/bull bar?

I cannot see the point for that rear window addition. To each their own I guess. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Once the tracks are on, what towers do you like?

And what length crossbars? I don't like the look of too-wide cross bars, but I'm thinking I want a basket up top and a Road Shower. I'm probably going to need a wide setup.

Yes, I'm also curious how you pressurize the tank?

We use, and really like, the Kelty Carport Deluxe

Here it is configured down. In this way, we can leave the sliding door open in all but the hardest storms. We're protected from the rain, but we don't feel cooped up in the van while waiting it out.

In the standing position it's a large awning/sunshade.

Too bad they don't make them anymore.  :(

Does anyone know if it's possible to attach a basket directly to the tracks without crossbars and such?
