Title: Temp Warning Light Blinking
Post by: trbowgn on August 25, 2015, 07:52:39 am
The temp warning LED occasionally starts blinking on our 95 EVC 5 Cyl. It does it right after start up. The engine is defiantly not hot, the coolant level is good, and I have confirmed both fans are working. If I cycle the engine on off it stops. I am thinking I have a sensor that is started to go. Anybody know what sensors I need to test?

Probably the coolant level sensor. You can't buy just the sensor, you need the whole bottle.

I just had this issue on a 1993. Same symptoms.

Replacement bottle is about $35
