Title: Driver's side wiring harness replacement

So I got tired of not having any side mirror controls, locks and finally window control. I have a replacement wiring harness in hand and have the existing disconnected at the door. Anyone have any hints to trace and disconnect the other end? Is anything/everything connected behind the fuse box? The ground wire I see easily under the carpet and just above the hood release handle.
Any help would be appreciated.

Pop the side clips off the side of the fuse box and drop it down.  The connections are easy to see and make with it dropped.
