We hand make these 2 color reflective stickers.
Just PM me your address if you want one. The only catch is that I want a cool picture of it in return ;) You can post them here!

You can also post them to Instagram too if you like!

Thank you! :)
It was a team effort. The name kinda started out as a joke and then stuck.
After the name I sketched the logo with some crayons and asked my wife to refine and digitize it. She did an awesome job ;D

Got the sticker on the van today!
-
Awesome :)
-
Darn, I forgot to put it on the van- and we buzzed down to the Quinault rain Forest today.
Would have made a really cool pic!
Just have to do it again- although Hurricane Ridge will be a lot quicker.

I love these stickers! I would love to have one with black letters to put on my "no choice of color" EVC! What I REALLY want to do is dump the Winnebago sticker on the pop top and put one these up there in its place! Not much Winnebago left in mine

That's easy enough since we are hand making these :P
I can track down some black sticker material for the lighter color vans.
-
I'll take a black one - I could only put the other one on the window! (picture coming soon - need to clean the rest of the back of the van!).
-
Okay. I just bought some black reflective vinyl to try out. ;)
-
Thanks for the sticker! I think it looks great!
-
Looks awesome!!! Thanks for posting!

Okay, I know, I know! Slow progress here. :) We hand cut these and it took forever to get some test black reflective vinyl here. :o
........we can do the little ones too.

Awesome! :)

I'll do another at a more interesting location- but a great staging area for some wonderful super tight Singletrack riding.

Is that a motoped?

OSSA Explorer.
It is their competition trials bike, with an extra fuel tank and a seat.
163lbs!
Semi direct fuel injection, reverse cylinder, fuel tank is font frame member, cassette gearbox and crankshaft.
Cool stuff.

Great sticker! Thanks Cole
Joins my Ocracoke Island sticker on the rear window. Sorry for just a photo of my EVC in the garage; will post a better one in someplace more exciting soon.
-
Looks awesome.....even just in the garage!

I've been contemplating this since you posted it.
163lbs is light indeed. But how much power? Top speed?
Just curious since my KTM 520 is 245lbs. So 82lbs more. I'd be curious to feel the difference in real world use.
-
It is a trials bike, so loads and loads of power on the bottom, and lots of flywheel.
Not much HP and not fast. Although 5th and 6th gears are pretty high so will easly do 60mph.
I weighed it and it is 75lbs lighter than my old KTM 300 XCW (both about 3/4 tank fuel)
Like night and day.
For super tight, nasty trails, especially with a lot of obstacles, it is fantastic!
I used to have a 450 EXC, and the 300 felt WAY lighter.
I also had a 640E KTM- the 450 felt (and was) way, way lighter.
The 300 felt way lighter than the 450
The difference between the 300 and the OSSA is more than the difference between the 640 and 300.
Huge.
Here is a video sample.

I'd be tempted to replace our two EXCs with them ;)

How do you transport that OSSA bike? Can it be hanged on trailer hitch mount and carried behind the van?

Very neat! A comfortable Trials bike! I just got rid of my KLX 450R and am currently contemplating an exc 450 or 500. Another bike has peaked my interest, have any of you hear of Christini? A guy I ride with has one and it's unstoppable and reliable.

I've heard of (and met) Christini and his brand of bikes.
Pretty familiar with their bikes and the few AWD conversions done with their parts. Cool stuff.

Yes,
I have a motorcycle hitch rack and the OSSA fits on great.
I don't even know it is there.
Nice to have a place to change in also.
I'll take a picture with it on.

Well, I was thinking about a reasonably small/light bike to take down with me on camping trips, so after some searching around I ended up with the '82 Honda CT110:

Awesome!!!

My blue/orange "limited edition" sticker was in the mail box upon arrival back home from camping this weekend. Pictures to come.

Awesome! Can't wait to see it!!!

Good looking stickers! I am wondering out loud about something... Awhile back you could get samba stickers with your username on them so that when you saw someone driving down the road, you could see that it was a fellow member. Could we add something like this to the Cavevan stickers? It would be cool to identify with fellow forum users/helpers. - Bill

I'll walk out into my garage an scribble your username on your van for you ;)
Actually a pretty cool idea. Motorcyclist and Jeepers have done this too.
The motorcycle I took off to ride around the world on has my name on the side rally racer style :P
Since we make these in house we could probably do runs of user names. 10-20 at a time and then send them out.
-
Hi cole
Any news on these yet , you said you may be doing a new batch?
Let me know if you want any payment for international postage
Cheers
Dan
-
Sorry. Entirely my fault.
We ended up buying another house, prepping the old one to rent, getting a new temp shop space set up, trying to complete a few vans, Xmas, sick,.... terrible flood, and old friend came in from out of town, tornado, blizzard, car broke down, flat tyre, dog ate them.........up to you to figure out where the excuses really begin :P
I just ordered some more reflective vinyl and we are going to crank out some more of these.
We make them one at a time by hand.......(seriously)......so if anyone wants a custom color let me know. I will see what I can do.
-
Got mine! Just forgot where I put them.. :-\ We will see in the spring. Might have put them in the Rialta.
