Title: 1995 Eurovan 5 cylinder won't start
Post by: xyourobob on August 08, 2018, 07:44:27 am
My 2.5 5 cylinder Eurovan just quietly quit running outside my house, when I cranck her over she sounds different like she is cranking really fast. I popped off the distributor cap to check for any damage to it and the rotor, the cap and rotor are fairly new and look in great shape. When I cranked the engine to spin the rotor it did not spin, I assuming I popped the timing belt which has never been changed after 140,000 miles. I have 2 questions, is it safe to assume I popped the timing belt? And is this 1995 2.5L 5 cylinder a interference engine or not?
