I don't think anybody around this neck of the woods is going to have spare engine parts from a T4 2.5 tdi -- they just weren't sold here. I recommend you get on to ETKA and look up the part number, then turn around and search google/ebay or your dealership regarding that specific part number. You might find out that the part was used on other vehicles and is available.

Thx .. ya the dealer wanted me to buy the entire box and it was costly ... I'll see if I can score one overseas

Sorry I might have jumped the gun,  are you certain that the part you're looking for TDI specific? Any pictures?

I do know that my intake lid has port that used to run the SAI pump on it  (for VR6-12v configs)that blocked off and no longer in use. Have you looked into using something from a north american eurovan?

With only slight mods the 97-03 T4 VR6 air box will work with the TDI MAF.

Good info.. I was lucky enough to find a 2.5tdi airbox complete on ebay from Germany  it's on its way
