I'm in the process of having my timing belt and water pump replaced on my 93 eurovan MV, and myself and the shop are having a very hard time tracking down a timing belt tensioner (VW part# 023 109 243).  Does anyone have any tips on where one can be sourced?

Thanks for the response.  After a bit more research and calling around I tracked down one (only 5 left in stock) from Van-again in New Jersey. He gets them direct from Germany. $125, only available with a timing belt, but glad to have found one!

That first link is actually the same as buying from Van-again.  I didn't know Ken sourced those from Germany.  He has a lot of good parts for 2.5L vans.
